Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Paragon Bee. Each of our architectural scale models is made to order and carefully crafted to match your personalized specifications. Due to the custom nature of these items, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Return Policy
As all of our 3D printed architectural models are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or design

Differences in color/material due to screen variations
However, if the product arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved design or order specifications, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

Damaged During Shipping

If your model arrives broken or damaged, please email us at paragonbee.design@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of receipt.

We will review and offer a replacement or full/partial refund depending on the severity.

Incorrect or Defective Product

If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong model, major design errors), contact us within 5 days with your order number and supporting images.

After review, we will remake or refund the product at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Conditions
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:

Custom models approved by the customer before production.

Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Minor design differences that fall within normal production tolerances.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production will begin, and cancellation is not possible.
